As I am dealing more and more on a daily place at my working place with KPIs and Metrics and I have previous experience setting these kind of parameters for business rather based on experience, common sense and understanding of how these work, i was looking for a reference comprehensive book/guideline to take me more into the detail and mechanics of KPIs dashboards and metrics. I like the glossy style pages, how clear things are written (lots of examples, bullet points, a logic to follow etc) and so far it has supported me to get into the mechanics of these tasks. It is one of these types of books that alhtough you can read it at your free time, its purpose is to use it as a "consultation took" as and if needed, thus I will using in many cases in the future. Overall well spent money for a book that wasn't that cheap but I am quite pleased with my purchase
